  • Construction Risk insurance.
  • 6 Years statutory structural warranties.
  • 3 months maintenance period from practical completion.
  • Usual manufacturer’s warranties on PC items and appliances.
  • Fixed price HIA contract.
  • Detail/Contour survey, soil analysis/Geotech survey, peg out survey and ID survey.
  • Up to 60m site security fencing, signage, portable toilet, sediment control barrier, all weather construction access.
  • Standard roof edge safety rail, void protection safety rail, scaffolding and other OHS requirements fulfilled.
  • Standard architectural & structural drawings.
